What can you do to change The New York Times article’s “Pillars of Black Media, Once Vibrant, Now Fighting for Survival” appraisal?

For all of you who read this disturbing article you should feel obligated to support routes-mag.com by writing for it, making a donation to it, advertising in it and telling all of your friends about it. You can make a difference! Your participation is not an option—it’s essential. That’s the only way African-American media can remain relevant. The African-American population is more than 30 million without any sustainable cultural representation. Shame on you who don’t support routes-mag.com. On my facebook pages (ronnbunn and routes magazine), alone there are 1,200 friends who could reach 250,000 people. Let’s start sharing routes-mag.com with  friends today. After reading the New York Times article, I’m reminded of a metaphor associated with poker “Read the dealer’s cards and weep”. —Ronn
