Live in-studio performance and interview with Marcus Machado.
Born February 9, 1984 Marcus Machado has been playing the acoustic guitar since the age of 2 and the electric guitar since the age of 4. His first performance was in kindergarten where he played “The Wind Cries Mary” by Jimi Hendrix on a guitar synthesizer. Marcus started playing professionally at the age of 9 years old. Mastering the keyboards, drums and bass he started by playing at local clubs throughout Florida and performing at charity benefits. He performed at The House of Blues several times and City Jazz in Orlando, Florida. As a young teen he was featured on CNN and several TV and radio shows.
BRIC TV’s live in-studio music series, features performances from emerging and established musicians on Thursday evenings. These performances are open to the public, however, studio space is limited.
